i will seriously make the attempt tonight.. i promise.. its going to take time to copy everyones bios down so i get their discrips and boarding down, then to write up cross' speach and outline.. then the forever nights escape from the system.. then after that for the first mission and deciding who goes, and who stays... and blahblahblah.. to much cortex usage and not enough pylons...
well, if you have the time, i could sure use someone to go through all 14 pages and put everyones bios in order and into one giant file for at a glance referance... and later on i'll write up cross' speach and pioneer mission brief.. i saved the pm from you about your goals, and i have worked up a good idea with xan, and i sort of want to merge them both together into one massive show of epic badassery... and epic badassery is still going to take time... ima get some food and maybe a nap before tackling this head on...
Not quite a redshirt...

Bio, Extra Information: Lance-Corporal Avery Kipling is one of the younger members of Gamma Company. Having grown up in a rough end in East London, Kipling has seen his fair share of violence even before the war. He was in a street gang, often times helping his crew clean up their wounds after fighting - building up his already seemingly natural talent in the medical field.
However, when he was 17 his crew got into a bad brawl where one of their members and Kiplings best friend, a boy named Havery Jackson got killed. As the police swarmed the area, Kipling was found kneeling before the corpse of his friend and was subsequently arrested. His punishment? Two months of active duty in the UNSC.
Grudgingly, he accepted the punishment rather than be sent to one of the harsh and often violent prison camps located on some of the islands outside of Britain that had been put into place. At first, Kipling was a trouble maker, and caused hell all throughout his bootcamp experience. It wasn't until he met a man name Shamus Malachy that his life began to change.
This somewhat older Irishman seemed different than the other soldiers in his company, and it drew Kipling towards him. As both realised their potential as medics, the two formed a friendship of sorts and thus began the transformation period.
Kipling began studying hard, making it into the UNSC Medical Corps and re-enlisted after his sentence had passed. He stuck with Malachy who had become an older brother figure of sorts to him. In boot camp, Malachy had kept him in line and even helped him through difficult patches that the hard training put on the troops. What amazed him was that Malachy never seemed to crack under pressure, or even stress; however, he did notice a sort of depression in his friend that slightly disturbed him.
He stuck with Malachy all through his military career, and on Reach when the Medical team got ambushed, he had once again stood by Malachy even in the face of great peril. He had somehow managed to get on board the Pelican to safety unscathed, and had helped Malachy treat his wound.
It's said that Malachy is the only person alive that can control Kipling, so the two are undoubtedly usually seen together. Despite Kiplings punkish attitude, he is a fantastic medic and always quick to pick up on new ways to help the sick and wounded.
Appearance:
Kipling treating a fellow marine who had been complaining of a tooth ache. (probably what is not actually going on in the picture at all...)
