yaaaaaayyy... and dude, i think alot of those things come from their BDU's.. or in the case of spartans, their power armor. and i like to think of the flood like that kurt russel movie "the thing" and i dunno what games you were playing, but the flood are FAST, and pants crappingly scary to face.. the "cortana" level of halo 3 still makes me shiver...
and as far as the enhancements.. its not a cyborg type of thing... i would put them up similar to space marines from 40k..
Okay enough on this subject, let's discuss other aspects of the RP.
-'Forever Night' Crew.
Sense nobody officially wants to MAKE a member of the crew, everyone can use in their posts the crew to their advantage but there can be no one specific crew member unless you decide to create them.
-Dead Soldiers
Yeah... "I found one in my drop pod! I Didn't appreciate it!"
-Ghosts
We will NOT be running into: Master Chief, Johnson, Miranda, or basically any cannon characters. The RP is based on the side. That is why we are part of the "Ghost Crew". Never seen in game or in novel 😛
-Covenant
Remember you are permitted to make a Covenant Character but these are an absolute must be approved. In other words, you better make it good >.<
-Pilots
Also must be approved, but they will be important. I would like volunteer pilots for this RP ^^

@Matt: We're still technically in the Halo Universe, so we will find dead soldiers. For instance, the slipspace in New Mombasa. If we go there, we will see the damage. We will see the left over damage from battles fought by the UNSC and even some of the left over scraps of the Chief. But we will not actually encounter them as they follow the story.
