You really think that Mac planned that? You really think he planned on bailing out of the cab, sliding out the trailer, hanging on for dear life, falling on the plane?

Riggs shooting a smily face from 50 yards away trumps Mac's power line shot.

Its called "cause and effect", something known about for quite a bit.

Ummmmm. No it doesnt.

You're wrong. You were wrong in the initial thread, you were wrong in the threads you made after that, you were wrong in all the times McClane-Riggs were brought into different unrelated threads and you're wrong now.

In short, you're WRONG.

You were momentarily correct when you did say something along the lines of "okay, I was wrong, McClane would win over Riggs in a fight." But you have since gone back to being wrong.

-Number of times "wrong" was mentioned in this thread:

Spoiler:
9

LOL

So well summed up. 😆

Murtaugh did shit up to that point. But Riggs did finish him off. You know, the way Mac failed to finish Karl off.

How many strong were Hans and his goons?

Except it was nothing like the incident with Karl though, was it? McClane had bigger fish to fry, rushing to save the hostages.
Riggs got whupped fair and square by Li.

No more than 15.

LOL how did McClane vs. Rorschach become McClane vs. Riggs 😬

Rorschach wins this handily.

Cause RJ insisted it be that way on pg2, in his own thread.... (Back when he supported Mcclane in all this, to avoid accusations of McSpite)

Watching DH now, I count 13. I think 13.

Considering that an unarmed Riggs took out 4-5 armed men in seconds, he'd take out Hans and his goons in less than an hour.

Die Hard 3 in the lift scene.

Oh.....and Die Hards 1 2 3 and 4 where he killed whole movies full of people all by himself without Rodge or Launa wiping/holding his pee-pee for him.

Ahahahaha fail. Once again. observe:

Riggs enters the room unarmed, takes on the room full of armed baddies, breaks a guys neck like it was a toothpick. KO's another. Uses another's gun to cap a third, then blows the guts out of the fourth. All this after being tortured to near unconsciousness by Inzo, killing Inzo, and freeing himself.

This scene alone proves that Riggs is better than Mac in CQC/H2H combat. Dunno why I am even bothering, I already stated this in the old thread, but it went ignored.

Mac was armed. And there was only three of them. Riggs was UNARMED and took out five. Riggs has the better screen feat.

Not to mention that he had been tortured to near unconsciousness, broke Indo's neck with his LEGS, before doing so. Try again?

Edit: When Mac was talking to Al on the radio, he says "They're down to 9 now, counting the sky diver you met."

Then Karl is talking to Hans, and he says "He wasn't lying about Marco, he'd down on the street. The other man was Heirech, he's down on the street."

Add on Karl's brother, that makes 12.

Okay. Sounds feasilble. Im pretty sure at that time McClane didnt know about computer nerd Theo.

McClane's best unarmed moments involve destroying 747s full of seals (15 dead in 4 seconds pissing nicely on Rigg's muchly RJ-masturbated-about 4-5 dead in a room) crown victorias, helicopters, cutting people in half, crushing peoples heads in luggage machines, destroying state of the art jets that try to kill him, parking SUVs in Ninja chick anuses etc.....

Death surrounds him.

Question....Hans and his crew, how long had they been in cahoots?

What pre Movie...?

Good question Hans seems to have assembled them for the job, yet Hans knew all, at least individually, for a long time.

How many of them knew each other before LA is something I'll have to look into.

I mean how long had Hans and his men been working together, at the start of DH?

I remembered someone else who kicked McClanes ass H2H, the guy in the luggage area in Die Hard 2. Practically threw McClane around as if he was nothing... I dont dislike McClane I just think he is a rubbish fighter up close and personal.

I would believe he would be killed quickly if taking on Rorschach and lets face it, McClane would initially fight, he wouldn't go running off to find a weapon if his opponent is unarmed as well. It isn't his nature to go running, stalling for time, he fights...poorly... but he fights.

Quite a while I'd say, RJ judging by the rapport.

Yeah that was a McClane warming up.
He always gets into a warmup fight early on in which he gets an ass kicking.
But the dude ends up McClane-ed by the credits = McVictory.

But never a H2H finish.

Thats right. The dude ran off.

Which is the equivalent of flipping McClane's kill-switch.

The only time McClane's kill switch isn't flipped is when he's havin teh sex. And even then he's always got a finger on it.
