He has reach, Speed, agility, and a means to restrain two of them. Judging from what I know about them he could beat them aslong as he doesn't get overwhelemed by all three at once. How his spores will effect them I'm unsure but I do thing the drain will work if he can get a chance to do it while not being stabbed.

Apparently Mjolnir sucks balls. One of it's main ability is energy absorption / channeling and it can't even contain the energy Thor's body does innately, without breaking. 😈
Nah, Thor just adds his innate power into it along with it's own extra dimensional powers it already taps into put out putting it in massive quantities and not controlled.
Pfff.. if Mojlnir was truly unable to hold an asgardian life force, i say it wouldnt be able to draw out the godly energies pilfered by the wrecking crew or Loki's soul..

Omega Red would kill himself trying to absorb Thor's life force. It would be suicide to even try. If his lucky, he ends up like Durok.

So? We've already seen what Thor's life force is capable of. Assuming Omega Red can absorb Thor's life force besides being asinine would be applying a no limit fallacy to the ability. It'd be up to you to prove that he could absorb Thor's life force.
There's been enough doubt/speculation cast if OR can do this to the Three in a way to instantly fell them. Thor? The same guy whose immortal life force made Strange and Mephisto among others spaz out? I'm not sure if it would be wise to assume OR can drain him just as well as Colossus and Logan at the very least...
