He a Wolverine villain who more an x-men rogue then anything. He taken down entire x-men teams. Wolverine never been a match for him. It was confirmed that Omega Red toys with him.
Yes and? that still not as strong as he actually is. I not sure why your trying to rationalize him being a class 60 when on pannel we know for a fact he stronger.
