i think that is faulty logic. we know writers rergularly handicap characters for the sake of story telling majority of times villains dont use all their tools at their disposal not due to PIS nor CIS but outright Writer Protection..
more often we rely on narration caption stating what attack is being activated we dont assume any hero or villian powers are all on and firing at the best of their ability.. no more then we assume superman has his X ray vision and superspeed activated.. Spiderman's SS warning him of all dangers..
normally we use writers and artist to depict spiderman's ability or stating it is on...
now it has bn made clear in various battle when Daken is using his powers by narration or art from deadpool fight Cyber's heart attack, Frankcastle fight, the spidey, Skaar fight...
now we also know that his pheromones can be applied differently and has to do with intend...
now you are claiming that his pheromones are always on and you decide what intend Daken is using?
the character is a douche on top of everything his CIS also keeps him from using his abilities effectively.. as we saw with he got beat by the human gang..
you or any one else gets to decide when he is using the pheromones to suit your argument we let the writer and artist do that.. otherwise this site can just throw out facts and evidence out the window and we can all go to CV with our knew rationalization rather then using Feats, CIS and start using PIS as our rational

Oh and Carver I don't think Spider-Man's anywhere near unhittable, but I don't think he's some doof that gets smoked all of the time and is as fast as other peak humans or enhanced humans. I think they are able to hit him, if he goes high gear their chances lessen as shown.
You seem to think Gorgon is low herald. WW level reflex, Strength greater than Spider-Man, and he has a Hulk level healing factor. Sounds more than meta to me.

If he can dodge Carnage and Venom and they don't trigger his spidersense and they have body extensions and projectiles then why wouldn't Cap have a harder time hitting him?

Daken can use his pheromones in different ways yes. But in fights he normally uses them to pull his vanishing act or to confuse his opponents, and he did that with Spider-man. If anything, Daken was fighting better than in most of Dark Avengers issues where he always kept forgeting that he even has this ability. I just dont see why every time Spider-man displays his speed there's gotta be some kind of excuse like Writer Protection. Daken tried to gutt him. He missed. All im saying.

The reason Daken didnt kill Pete when he was dizzy from the pheromones was because he wanted to deliver him to Osborn. Nothing wrng with that. Writers protection? How about the fact that for God knows what reason it took Spider-man several minutes to finally figure out he should rely on his ss instead of sight? He's done that so many times I cant count. Lets blame that on CIS as well? Writers protection to allow Daken be on the winning end for a while? See the writer protection works both ways.
And the said electrical box was there all along, and Spider-man was the first one to run into it. Yet when Daken with Wolverine-level HF gets hit by it people believe it was the generator that knocked him out. The same generator that barely hurt Spider-man. The generator. Not the floor shattering punch Spider-man delivered.😐
