Mhm. but the beauty of Confundus is that the wizard can be thousands of feet away, with no wand, and all they have to do is look in the general direction of the Jedi, then whisper "confundus." It's like a shotgun spell, it has a huge radius it covers. Hell, the wizard doesn't even have to be looking at the Jedi!!!
