A Sentry that was Dishing out planet threatning energy attacks along with surrounding him in a tornado full of energy, along with punching him and did whatever else whereas Hulk was just going physical the entire time. The Sentry that fought Hulk was by far the moat powerful Sentry I have seen on panel and looking at the fight, Hulk appeared to have reverted back to Banner under his own power due to his eyes glowing after the fight (and due to him Hulking up a couple of panels later).

Im just going by what was stated on panel...the Earth was threatened. Just like you went by what Superman said on panel when he said he was going to hit Black Adam with enough force to split a moon.
