Thanos vs Superman/WWH melee

Ok lets say that Earth was threatened....Surfer did blow up a planet as a side effect of his battle in Annihilation.....unlike Sentry....still he gets creamed by Thanos on avarage...

I wasn't arguing on who would win this fight (even though WWH would solo), I was arguing the fact that you or whoever was underestimating the Sentry vs Hulk fight. Let's put it like this...Sentry appeared to be more powerful during that fight than the Ion that fought Superboy Prime.

Both Hulk and Superman are rivals to Thanos in physical might, Thanos is more durable but the team can take severe punishment aswell. Hulk alone would give Thanos a good fight hth, adding in Superman heavily tips the scales in favour of the team.

Knowing the characters who are being debated in this thread. If you think Hulk can't give Thanos a good fight in melee by himself then you are seriously underrating Hulk. Add in Superman who is arguably the 2nd strongest "herald" level character and it's not looking good for Thanos.

First of all, the Odin fight was full of energy blasts. The Zues fight was purely physically for the most part. No comparison can be made there.

Finally, Superman alone would beat Thanos 10/10 in a straight melee fight. He's much stronger and much much faster.
