Now it could use a few mods first, namely having the 90hp 4-banger removed and replaced with a Chevy LS-series v8 or preferably a Cummins Turbo-Diesel, mods to handle the extra power and bullet resistant glass.

It's a purposely built go anywhere rescue vehicle. Snow, mud, rocks, sand, water, it can do it all. Though I'm sure there's rich douche-bags in Germany driving it to go polka dancing.

Well, I think that's the point. Those tires can probably tank anything this side of a nuke.

It's not like they carry extra treads for Tanks when they deploy them... they just build the treads so they don't break. >_>
