I'm sure we could name plenty of mutants who's physical appearance changed ecause if their x gene but it doesn't "stay" just because thei powers are turned off...

he has bone one under the metal which are natural so they would be powers........
why do i feel like we're agreeing and arguing at the same time? 😂

because I think we are lol. 😆
Somehow I get the feeling that because the claws "were" there when the adamantium was place the claws were created... When his mutant power goes away so does the bone claws... But because the metal is already framed there it doesn't just "go away" or lose it's shape... And when his power is reactivated the bone claws refill the metal casings...
Sound like a good enough argument? Cause otherwise if the claws are a power... Then adamantium defeats genetic altering abilities... :-)

That's what I got too. Forgot about normal superbreath, though i'd include thta in strengh.
hulk can and has done the same thing a few times

With the logic that equipment/gear isn't powers, then we can say that Iron Man has no "super powers" on the comic sense? O_O
Iron man has technology provided powers. We are talkig about mutant powers and whether wolverines claws are considered one or not. K. Thanks. Bye bye now.

Of course, compressing air makes it cold. But compressing it wouldn't make it at that volume as I'm sure we both understand.

I musta missed that part. Please indicate where in the thread you guys mentioned that you were only discussing "mutant powers" as Superman doesn't really have an active X-Gene...
Originally posted by 753I understand the concept, it doesn't make sense though. When you compress air it cools, that's how AC's work. It doesn't increase the volume to insane amounts.

Since it's "unnatural" it definitely falls under "power". Like the tactile telekinesis explanation did when they used that.

When you compress air, its volume shrinks and that's how he holds more mass in his lungs. As more air is comproessed it requires even more pressure to keep compressing it, it's his strengh and lung durability that allow him to do it.
Originally posted by 753However "freeze breath" would have to allow for the air to warm back up if shot at such a large volume. I really would call it writer error (not really knowing what they are talking about) but they describe it as a power. I understand what you are saying, but their thought is more or less "If he has a lot of strength he can blow (insert joke here) really hard."

Superman
Hulk
Thor
Spiderman
Batman (something additional added to his suit)
Wonder WomanExample:
Wolverine: I would make him a 15 tonner.
Superman: the ability to shoot cosmic blast from his hands.
Hulk: more speed
Thor: super speed
Spiderman: hulk level healing factor
Batman: super strength added to his suit
Wonder woman: electricity generating from her hands that adds on to her punching power. Please give them a minor power... no matter manipulating... etc.
