With the genuine Destroyer armor, Doom has more than a shot, particularly if he has 1 hour's worth of prep to simply grab his antimatter gun.

Beyonder was retconned to be not so impressive. So the impressiveness of the feat is kinda retconned with it as well.

Yeah, Dooms best feat crushes Thanos's best feat...

He wasn't 1 million times as powerful in secret wars 1 only 2 which doesn't count so even then when doom did so he was just around galactus level and doom was amped and lost it due to having his will broken. 🙂
