Thanos carried out his plans which is willpower. That's not to say anyone can't ever affect his willpower this happens all the time but those who carry out their missions or objectives have great willpower such as Thanos. Thanos toyed with Eros, hate, Love, everyone in the ig and beat them. This means his will was carried out.

Doom's will broke before his foes. His will broke and wasn't carried out. You don't even know what willpower means making the scan seem like calculus to you.

The scan has everything to do with Doom carrying out his will but since he fell to his knees like a broken man his will wasn't carried out it broke.

I just gave you the definition of willpower. You are like arguing with someone who doesn't understand even definitions of words even after I gave you one.

I will teach you like I would a child. Let's use this for an example. Michael Jordan willed himself and the bulls over the suns. Now by willing himself it means he carried out his goal of winning the game.

He carried this out and was not to be denied. Doom's goals and will wasn't to crumble on the floor before his opponent so his plans and will was denied. It was broken on panel.
