Still waiting on Doom's best feat under his own power. He couldn't even pull the feat in question on his own. He needed help from multiple people just to even have a chance.

Being hyper-unrealistically intelligent and able to plan for and pre-empt virtually anything IS one of Dooms "powers." Just as with Lex Luthor, Batman, and Reed Richards...
So yeah, it took intellect, cunning, and skill for Doom to ultimately defeat Classic Beyonder...so in effect, this feat WAS performed "under his own power!"

Beyonder has nothing to say he could put Thanos w HOTU down, meanwhile Thanos just absorbs him like all the abstracts, other characters and the rest of the universe which included the Beyonders uni.

He was able to manipulate others and steal others powers; its all under the umbrella of accomplishments due to being hyper-intelligent...
So again, the feat was accomplished under his own power...
And the end result is a feat that is beyond ANYONE ELSE's in the history of comics...
