Lol at Thanos' so-called will power. I haven't seen one thing that Doom couldn't do also when talking about willpower.
Thanos doubts himself, and thinks he's not worthy. He was even fooled by Mephisto, he really believed he could trust him, you know, the lord of all evil and so.
Doom only believes in himself and never, ever doubts himself. And he would never, never believe or trust Mephisto.
Here are a few feats of will power of Doom. The list isn't complete however, for example the Bast-confrontation is missing.
