MW3 sold almost that much in a day. 313

But atleast 2/3 of that was 8 year olds getting their parents to buy it, so it dun count.

Skyrim has Dragons. MW3 has...nothing. 131

Still pretty good considering how large the game is.

You don't see a lot of games like Skyrim anymore.

Yet it didn't even have Sgt. Foley.

What is this I don't even

Foley was too busy in the Alps training Ramirez for his fist fight against Kratos.

Has there ever been a game a big as Skyrim? Plus they may add some additions to the game like they did with Morrowind, and Oblivion.

Define "big".

Since in terms of game worlds of sheer size, Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall is by far the largest I know of, being about the size of Great Britain (As in, the enire country).

But Skyrim is much more detailed and has much more for its size, yes.

Wow LOL I got my bow skills up really high, and shot this guy in the head, and nailed him to the wall. He's literally dead on his feet. I don't know how MW3 sold more copies than this game. It's not better by a long shot. I guess it's the online play. Skyrim should have had the option to play online.

No. But I'll agree it's the multiplayer aspect that allows MW3 to sell more, and as FinalAnswer pointed out, well the majority of the MW3 buyers are parents 😛

Theres also the fact, not everyone has the time to play Skyrim. MW3 is just mindless "fun" that you play in bursts of 30 minutes, if not less. Theres no storyline to remember or large scale RPing to take into account nor any complicated options.

ofc, I wouldnt spend 30 minutes in MW3 now that I have skyrim.

MW3 is a more well made game as well of course. Everyone knows a games sales indicates its quality.

So has everyone seen the complete 3D zoom map Mod for PC?

My mate went to the map a started zooming in. We laughed.
Then he zoomed all the way to the completely detailed landmass. My jaw dropped.

It's only been a week and these mods have completely enhanced the game.

It's only gonna get better!

Just like how Breaking Dawns sales proves its a fantastic movie. Second highest midnight showings evar ftw!

^ This guy gets it.

The Storm Call shout is pissing me off. Back at E3, it was shown to hit a Dragon while it was flying which caused it to crash but for some stupid reason, my follower and anyone else not far from me is a lightning rod and not one bolt of lightning is hitting the damn Dragons. I recommend not using the shout in a populated area btw.

Better Sales may trump anything else, but Dragons > Better Sales 131

Your right, although its damn powerful, I have used it on a number of large battles, certainly near the end of the games main quest line that it was invaluable in.
