As far as the sun killing DBZ characters.... the sun incinerated Voidtry's body too... Don't see what relivence a sun killing an already beaten/weakened/etc character has to do with this thread.
I agree so much with this. The only way to truly not believe that frieza can't do the things that he say is by ignoring power levels.
Roshi at a powerlevel of 100 destroyed a moon. Start from there. Goku by the end of dragonball generated far more power than the moon busting roshi. Piccolo also by the end of dragonball hinted that he could destroy the planet (which should hold weight since piccolo was so much more powerful than roshi by the end that it was insane).
Raditz was more powerful than piccolo... nappa was thousands of times more powerful than raditz and the list goes on.
The proof that a person with a higher power level could generate more power than someone with a weaker power level is out there on hundreds of occassions.
It all make sense and is common sense if you ask me. Someone power level in the 100k and millions should be INSANE and frieza proved this by splitting the planet namek almost in half with two fingers using less than 1% of his power.

The blast wasn't directed towards the planet...lol. of course it would create nothing but a crater. You are ubeing a lil to picky when down playing these characters. I could do the same thing you are doing. Thanos and thor with the power gem suppose to be all powerful but they were fighting in a contained room and was blasting, etc... but cause no type of damage at all to the room.

Thousands of times more powerful than Raditz? What the fuk. Ratiz's power level was 1,200 whereas Nappa's was below 10,000. That's not even 10 times as much.

Except Thanos and Thor only hit each other with their blasts and punches. They didn't hit the landscape or anything else.
Also, Cell's wave collided with Gohan's wave on earth, both these waves were supposedly powerful enough to destroy the solar system. Yet only a tiny little crater was formed despite Goku telling Gohan not to worry about the earth. Not to mention the fact that Cell's blast wasn't even aimed at the earth, but rather at Gohan, so there is no ****ing way that K-Wave would've done any harm to the solar system.

Again, you are being a lil to picky. Odin was stated during one of his fights that a galaxy was destroy when he blasted away BUT the planet that they were fighting on was still in tact.
What do you think was suppose to happen when cell and gohun blast collided? Do you think the planet was suppose to explode? Dbz would have ended right then. All of what happened happened for a reason, PLOT. The explosion would have been the destruction, not the beam.
Thanos blasted at thor and it did nothing but start a small barn fire. Thanos and thor punches did no kind of surrounding damage. No shockwaves, nothing. The room was still intact.

Goku during the frieza saga was easily high herald. Planetary destroyer, survived being close to the sun and also surviving having lava thrown on him and surviving atomic bombs and nuclear explosions with no damage. Out racing atomic bombs, out racing blast that made it out of orbit in less than a second, moving so fast that blast was going completely though his body along with super speed punches. Durabilty enoguh to survive nuke like punches and hits that were sending shockwaves across namek. and the list goes on.
Frieza could have killed goku any time he wanted and he was using 1% of his power. He could have basically one shotted him which he was about to do when he found out goku was doing the spirit bomb AND he told goku that he could have killed him anytime he wanted to.
Frieza has omni blast along with goku... vegeta used omni blast on frieza to no avail and how powerful is thanos omni blast because it might not even urt frieza... he might just stand there with a smurk on his face?
Thanos has high durability but frieza can hurt him. Let's not forget, gamora kicked him in the face and made him bleed and wolverine has also sliced him so a destructo disk probably could split him in half.
