Make sure he's invisible since you said in order for piccolo beam to be light speed we shouldn't have seen it (doesn't make sense, every blast is seeable in every comic, that doesn't take away from it being light speed).

When superman shot a blast of heat vision at deathstroke we seen it moving slowly. Does that take away from the speed of his heat vision? Comics have a habit of slowing things down so that we can see raditz reaction when the blast is coming at him. That doesn take away from how fast it is because it is slowed for us to see what's going on.
On the real black bolt, how many episodes of dbz did you look at?
