Supreme ki was telling the story about buu and how he destroyed their galaxy. Well during this story telling, vegeta starts laughing at the excitement of fighting buu, he said that it reminds him of frieza. Supreme ki then tells him that buu is thousands of times more powerful. I would post it but you said you can't see it.
In the anime there was never any hint at freiza being able to destroy a solar system much less a galaxy.

I think it could be epic, however, that's assuming that people actually debate the fight rather than debating how to debate the fight. Most anime threads are:
- 60% people trying to dictate what evidence is admissable because they don't want to use a cartoon (even if the OP explicitly states to use the cartoon, in fact, they refuse to use the cartoon because it's "not 100% loyal to [insert writer's name]'s vision", and is full of filler [which can easily just be reconciled as simply being cartoon antics, but has to be bemoaned ad nauseum]).
- 30% people bitching that Anime is so much different than comics you can't make a logical comparison of what you're presented (i.e., blowing up a cartoon planet doesn't equal blowing up a comic planet, and unless there's a speedometer or scale on the screen, all anime speed and strength, regardless of implication or presentation, are assumed second rate compared to comics). Comic feats are always more valid, anime feats are always ambiguous.
- 10% the actual fight being discussed.
If we can at least get that fight debate up to say 30-40%, we may have something.
