EVEN IF that doesn't apply to current Silver Surfer, I HIGHLY DOUBT current Surfer is above Thanos. And Thanos was helping Surfer blast Odin to no effect. Odin has defeated Thanos (admittedly it took some effort, although we don't know how hard Odin was trying either).
Also as I recall, the Silver Surfer, while amped, to, in HIS OWN WORDS, more powerful than he's ever been, by Loki, was able to AT BEST draw against Thor, and arguably lose. After that, Silver Surfer himself admitted that Thor was even HOLDING BACK, and that Thor's "mystical energy" was more powerful than his power cosmic.
Thor was able to defeat the Surfer several times since then. Even when the Surfer has had help from others (notably Beta Ray Bill and Adam Warlock).
Considering Odin can one-shot Thor, that doesn't bode well for the SS.
Also, Beta Ray Bill has been shown superior to Stardust (a couple of times, maybe even three).
Thor himself has 2 wins over GALACTUS. And Beta Ray Bill nearly KILLED Galactus (via plot device) although he could have killed him if he had wanted to.
Thor and Beta Ray Bill have both cracked Galactus's helmet.
Rather recently, Galactus blasted Thor and Thor got right back up.
Considering that track record, I'd have to go with Odin EASILY winning this fight.
FINALLY....
Odin has been shown to be a galaxy buster. Can anyone claim that all the heralds combined can bust a galaxy?
If not, then they don't have the power to take on Odin.

As for tanking T and As blasts yes that was a good showing, but in no way was Surfer ever going to beat them. And honestly neither T or A are actually Galactus level. Their just comparable or do you forget that is was Galactus who beat them before along with the other Promial Gods.
Not mention it doesn't matter if Surfer could possibly tank a blast or two from Odin he still isn't hurting Odin and the other heralds are worthless. Stardust probably the 2nd strongest was stalemated by BRB who is a flea to Odin.

I doubt it. LOL at oneshotting Surfer to oblivion since T and A's combined attacks failed to do so on top of manipulating the crunch.
Surfer did best them. LOL. They were powerful enough to beat Galactus and the Surfer so on his level without a doubt.
Far less has defeated odin. You can pretend Odin can't feel his blasts and that they wouldn't have an effect on him but continued exposure and the combined power would pack a whallop.
Destroying galaxies isn't in character for him to do under his own power but the combined power from his foe as well. Food for thought.
