Runner completely and utterly stomped surfer without the space gem.

And with it(and he didn't even know how to use it) he gave thanos a beat down.

He is also sort of like starfox. Even while runner was giving surfer a beatdown surfer couldn't help but like the runner. He has some "like-arua" on him.

He has outclassed Thanos and Surfer in speed. Overpowered SS in the same fight. Has some fairly impressive space travel. And that's about it, in a nutshell.

No Makkari goes light speed. Even though runner is faster then surfer and surfer is much much faster then light.
