Champions Online Free To Play

You're stuff is there but you won't be able to play characters with gold sets unless you convert them to silver.

As far as I know custome framework will never be allowed for silver players. Just new Archetypes(classses) every month or so. Until until its a sizeble and diverse selection.

You don't have to buy anything, it just gives you more options and stuff
