Plot devices don't have to further the plot; just make it simpler to resolve.

And I dont understand why. He has had his life drain more times then he resisted it. The only time he did resist it was sake of the plot so he could kiss rouge.

Yea and, why should we assume red powers don't work, but hers do, when he is an actual pure life drain? Honestly whats your reasoning for believing in what you do? there seems little evidence on that side. But perhaps thats just me.

honestly, I thought the OR draining colossus thing was kinda PIS too

based on Colossus physiology, OR's tentacles shouldn't have been able to pierce his skin.

He been pierced before and his life force was being drained.

when has he been pierced before (it could also be PIS ya know)

I mean, I've never seen his skin depicted like it did when OR pierced it...so unless it happens at least one more time, I can't accept it as stone cold fact
