Bendis will have the Avengers franchise until AvX wraps up and supposedly when the Thanos "saga" concludes in Avengers Assemble. Supposedly, after all that, is when the Ultron War arc will start.
Marvel's gone on record to say that they won't be doing a company line reboot/retcon in the vein of DC, so I'm going to hope that they don't. Because, let's be honest, all a reboot will do is make Wolverine and Hulk the founders of the Avengers.

Which is sad, they could benefit from one. But With their current staff the result would be horrible.

Not really. And besides, have you read X-Men or Avengers lately? They could do with a reboot, tbh.
Dollars aren't the end all be all but as a company making money is your number one concern.

Money doesn't mean comic quality, phrase it as you wish, the fact won't change.

That isn't an excuse for making a shoddy product.
There are plenty of examples of quality work making a lot of money. Look at Avengers, for example. And yes, I mean the movie, not the horrible comic.

It doesn't look good. I loved dark avengers but haven't read the current stuff. I will once the Thanos stuff hits. That's only due to Thanos. I for one am not pleased he's involved in this avengers comic. I don't want him showing up every year.

Successful does not automatically equate to good, though.

Yeah, Marvel only has a few good ones. I'd say FF is good as well. Uncanny X-Force is also pretty good.
A good mini recently was Vengeance. It had quite a few stars in it. Good stuff.
