Yeah the avengers movie just passed a billion. Get real. Better than a reboot any day of the week. Dc struggles with continuity every ten years or so. Good luck with that.

Movies aren't reliable measures to comic quality, at least to me Marvel remains first and foremost a comic company, they have a huge amount of comic output out there, and just a few of their titles are consistently good. There's probably a right-now-is-never-a-good-era mentality regarding how good Marvel is at the moment, but if having a succesful movie was the big thing, Batman movies would place DC in a relatively good place.

Starlord and Thanos surviving the Cancerverse will likely be explained. How well is anyone's guess.

How on earth did Drax come back to life?

Kronos did it?

So Drax is back to looking like kratos.

Drax has looked like that since his mini series in 2005...

Yes and then in thanos imperative he went back to looking like his old incarnation

Drax only put that on as a throwback. It doesn't mean it's his new get up.

Thanos only put that old shit on because that's what they had on the other hand.
He's also trying to gather artifacts, and his dialogue...

It's like Bendis is trying to make Starlin retcon this arc.

Honestly, I wouldn't be surprised if Bendis eventually has the Avengers soundly beat Thanos and then pull some "we've confirmed it's the real Thanos and not a Thanosi/clone" gimmick out of preemptive spite.

^ With all the Thanos wanking on KMC I wouldn't complain. Not that it'd change anything. People will say he only lost because he had a flu or something...

lol, you need to try harder to even seem like you have a point. Outright lying doesn't help.

It's Bendis. If Luke Cage doesn't show up and soundly beat him, it'd be a minor miracle.

Thanos: Foolish Avengers. You will all meet my Lady Death before this day is done!!!

-Avengers are all bloody and battered, and then camera cuts behind Thanos-

SWEEEET CHRISTMAS!!!! -Terry Crews as Luke Cage bonks Thanos on the head, then starts doing the robot-

mmm

In light of the mental image of Terry Crews as Luke Cage, I retract my statement.

That would be ****ing awesome.

Dollars are reliable. They are swimming in it.

Sadly Jim Starlin had to purchase his own ticker.

Their continuity is a mess.

hope it works

Whose ready for thanos to start talking like spiderman? Maybe he can get a pop culture reference in there.

Not really.

And besides, have you read X-Men or Avengers lately? They could do with a reboot, tbh.

Money doesn't mean comic quality, phrase it as you wish, the fact won't change.

Not by anyone on them currently, no.

Bendis rebooting the Avengers would be the worst idea in comics

Hickman?
