Since it was already pointed out in the last thread, and you apparently missed it, he was confusing Thor with Thunderstrike. Move on.

No you don't get the point. Thank you.

Then enlighten me.

Again, try and focus, we are talking about weapons and not body parts.

how is omega reds tentacles a weapons? its part of him its attached to his body , if i bring an alien with 4 arms that means his other 2 arms shouldnt be relevant just because its not your ordenery anatomy? please use your nickname suggestion and be silent when you should

Let us refer to D&D, the kusarigama is a Exotic Two-Handed Melee weapon with a 10 foot reach. 😎

Because a hammer toss constitutes a projectile.

Yea but even then beings of pure energy would use their own body parts for different attacks, so what makes it range in that case?

The main-gauge is an off hand weapon used on conjunction with a sword. Fact. It is used to parry once an attack comes into range. Fact. Which part of my statement is "incorrect"?

It doesn't have to be used as an off-hand weapon, or in conjunction with other weapons.

They're not naturally a part of his body, they were weapons implanted into his body.

Really, try and do some research before jumping into a thread.

And you could use a shotgun as a club! dur

guys:

if something leaves your hand: ie shooting an arrow, throwing a knife, etc...thats a ranged attack

if something doesn't leave your hand....ie swinging a sword, a nunchuck, a long spear, it is a melee attack

its not that complicated

so if cable use his bionic arm it doesnt count as a meele fight because it was implanted into him? can you be even brighter(sarcastic)?

Energy blasts, constructs and projectiles are ranged. Body modification / transmutation is not. Mr Fantastic slapping someone from twelve feet away is still melee.

So if something could hit you from 1,000 miles away and didn't leave your hand that wouldn't be a ranged attack?

It really depends on what definition you are using. And from what game.

But either way it's a melee attack with range.

So now we're deciding that Thor can't throw Mjolnir because it would clearly throw the match in his favor? 😬

wow i cant believe it why me srank and starscream have to explain something as simple as that i mean come on people are you arguing for the sake of argument? if i had a ****in 20" cock and i used it to slap the crap out of you would you call it a ranged weapon?

but that's using a total extreme which isn't the case here

OR's tentacles aren't anywhere near that long

um actually the title of the thread contains the word 'melee'

and throwing objects is not allowed in melee

c'mon now, jake...you're grasping at straws now

Cable's arm looking like that is a result of the techno-organic virus, it's still his real arm.

Again, please do some research before posting.

Which is why we had this gem:

Because it was so effective in those scans right? Both of them will get to their fight before Thor engages them melee, or Gorgon being, a telepath, simply waits for Thor to do it and throws his sword at him and impales him through the face while he is smashing his hammer off the ground...

So, throwing Mjolnir = bad, but throwing a sword = okay. Lol.

Either way, I've yet to see anything close to them enduring the kind of impact a Mjolnir strike will make with pure adamantium what with the resulting shockwave, much less how either of them endure point blank hammer to the face or body.

wtf? cables arm was ripped off his shoulder when he was holding a shield what the hell are you talking about, and hey i can just use forge or anyone with an implanted body part ... hell lets take ironman its his freakin armor doing the job so it doesnt count right? so if i say iron man vs someone in a meele fight that means he should get his ass out of that suit and fight with his underwear? Lol what a joke you are

That was before the OP clarified that throwing weaponry was off the table. I figured it was fair game just like you did.

you're making the assumption thor would hit them pointblank with Mjolnir...a poor, and unsupported assumption in my opinion. seeing as how thor had trouble even with the much slower wolverine.
