ya, it did seem like he was fearmongering, I wasn't really impressed, but I think it is relevant that the American government isn't willing to spend money to even check and make sure their nuclear plants are safe.
The point he makes at the end, that safe nuclear energy should be sought, is one I agree with though

Amazing how conflicting the reports are on the Nuclear reactor situation.
You get the "doom and gloom" reports comparing things to Chernobyl, then you have some professor or experts comming on saying it you can´t compare it to chernobly and its not that big a problem.
A classic case of the media making a mountain out of a mole hill for attention, or are the "experts" dubbing it down a bit for some reason?

Yeah been hearing that a lot here, too...
Apparently 200 or so instances of this company's history of bullshitting the public regarding previous accidents before have left the viewers sceptical.
This and the damage seen at the plant, and the deaths, rad levels etc dont reassure the public any either.
The guys working at the plants should take Rad-X before going in.
After they are done, they should take Radaway. They'll drop their radiation at LEAST 80 rads.
For those of you who get that, I heart you. For those of you that don't...seriously, it would be awesome if those drugs were real especially in this situation where we could use them and save lives.
