Yes so has spiderman, wolverine,DD capt ect. all of which have been tagged by Punisher. none of the people you mentioned are on Cass' level in terms of having the mix of MA skill and combat speed. Cass is listed as human, but her speed is not human. She can KO a room full of people without ever being seen entering. She's too quick for him.
