I think rogue's ability to drain ppl's memories coupled with her physical powers and her mobility (flight) would make her the biggest threat.
With a little research and after capturing a few "key" individuals and just draining the memories from them, she can possibly just get her hands into some fissionable plutonium and then start nuking places at her leisure.

the closer she gets to those people though, the more likely she is to be identified. I'd actually say Wolverine would have the best chance of any on that list at obtaining codes and such, which actually makes him a bit more dangerous, even if it seems out of character for him.

Yeah he'd be very dangerous in that sense, in many ways that revolve mroe then simply breaking stuff. As a slashin guy he while he could kill shitload of people and would be very hard to contain, wouldn't do much to the world as a whole. Using all of his skills for more of indirect way or to utilize other's resources through those skills he could be very dangerous.

We all read (and i think we all agreed with) your point about Nightcrawler, but after a year or two, everyone will come to terms with the existence of Aliens/demons... our lives and the way we see things would be changed forever, but the effects wouldn't be nearly as devastating as 20 or so years of buildings and such getting blown to hell on a daily basis.

Gambit doesn't have that kind of power level any more. Sinister made sure of that.
That said I don't think anyone of them could go 20 years and get away with doing those things on a daily basis.
Maybe with Colossus they could blind him by spraying him with some sort of thick indelible ink that he can't get off his metal eyes. Then start hitting him with some serious firepower like depleted uranium, acids, or modern mining explosives. Or drop a massive deadweight on him. He would go down eventually and I don't think it would take a nuke.
It would be interesting to see if they could use things like sonic weapons on him.

Storm doesnt have to go flying around announcing to world what shes gonna do or showcase her power to the masses so that they know she means business...
She could go have a seat in a basement somewhere, or be alone in a hotel room and wreck all sorts of havok without anyone having a clue who's causing it...
So, no...she would not be the easiest to stop...she would be practically unstoppable as long as she did her dirt in private and concealed her powers from the rest of the world.
