But here comes the "well brain damage stuff" while you ignore the actual reason behind it. It was caused by years and years of abuse. Did Drago contribute to it? Yes. More than Clubber? Very possible. But that doesn't make him hit harder. He hit him much more than Lang, cuz Rocky allowed it.
Look at it this way: Imagine for a second you get in a fight with an amateur boxer and he knocks you out with like 4 hits right? Then later you fight with a normal guy and, since he doesn't hit quite as hard, you are able to last a lot longer but in the process you take 100 shots to your head. Now you have brain damage. The boxer probably was less of a cause than the regular guy right? Does that automatically mean he hit harder? Nope. He just had many MANY more open/free hits to Rocky's head.

It's very true. He hardly took any punches outside of that corner combo. Him being as strong as I say has no bearing on Rocky's durability tho. He still can take a super human amount of damage. So the fact that they didn't KO him doesn't speak to Clubber's power, it speaks to Rocky's durability. And iirc Drago couldn't KO Rocky either. And after Rocky basically let him punch him in the face for 15 rounds. That hurts Drago way more than it hurts Lang in terms of power if that's the way you want to look at it.
He also didn't use any technique against Drago. He was basically Rocky from Rocky I and II in terms of technique and skill. He used the same plan against Creed. Drago's strength didn't make him need a different paln. Clubber's did.
