He's a street leveler with gadgets and tech and enjoys being a wealthy businessman.

Other than that, it's hard for me personally to see Ollie as Batman-like.

Same. He was always a more "heart on his sleeve" kinda guy than Bruce. And unlike Bruce, I always felt like GA was the mask, not Oliver Queen.

Yeah.

He's also incredibly flawed, way more so than Bruce. Great character, though.

Agreed. I loved his pre-reboot stuff. Now I'm just... Ugh.

I think the new GA creative team will knock it out of the park. Art looks fantastic already.

So, I just got caught up on the Wonder Woman reboot. mmm

They have a mountain to climb, tbh.

Aaaaaaannnd?

Damn, has anyone read the preview of Demon Knights? Merlin seems pretty damn uber. Holding all of space and time in his hands.

^ That's a Mxy-level feat. Hell, that might even BE Mxy. ermm13

The Ray was decent. Demon Knights was very good. I don't plan on reading anything else this week.

GL was good.

I was told this a while back at my comic store. But they thought it was going to be alternate universe, more like Marvel's Ultimate Universe.

I don't mind change but how many times is DC going to do this? Agreed.

whenever comic sales drop and they've finished reusing old stories.

I say about every 10 to 15 yrs. 😉

I figured my theory on what happened to Hal was correct. *fist pumps*

Also, the preview for JL #4 is pretty epic. Aquaman brings the pain.

Transhuman/Body Doubles fight was incredible.

Love the reveal at the end of Grifter. Looks like he already has upgrades or learning more about his abilities.

I just read it. Damn.

Aquaman's big "fuuuuuuuccckkkk youuuuu" to hal.

I love the WUPWUPWUPWUPW sfx they add for his telepathy lol

Gen 13 exists in the DCnU, but in another way. Superboy #4 was good.

I just started reading the new Captain Atom. Can someone tell me if he always had the powers of Firestorm and The Atom with better senses than Superman?

Captain Atom's always had the potential to be one of the most powerful entities in the DCU if that helps (ie. Monarch). Generally, he was usually just portrayed as a mid-heraldish character who could absorb energy, shoot energy blasts, and fly.

Thanks. I read comics he's been like large crossovers, events and JLA. He now seems amped up to me.
