Earth 2 #1 was incredible! Absolutely incredible. One of the better comics DC's new continuity has produced. Bar none. In short: READ IT.

Dial H #1 was also very enjoyable... It showed quite a bit of promise.

Teen Titans annual was awesome! Same with Earth 2 and World's Finnest! Great week for DC comics.

Stormwatch was fantastic. Best issue yet. Batman looking down at Midnighter gave me chills. Even though it was a hologram.

Earth 2 was excellent, but I don't think I'm going to be able to like the JSA being so young. I mean, Jay Garrick is 21. Also I liked them being the precursors to the JLA, not the other way around. Call me stubborn. I'll keep reading for sure, though.

Stormwatch was excellent...Midnighter's getting tons of props

World's Finest was also good. Nice tie-in with Earth 2

JLI was...boring. I read it because of Guy, but I think this is the last issue I'll bother with.

Batwing remains an "A" in my book. Still loving the Court of Owls.

I'm curious to see where they go with the Apokolips War. Mercury pretty much told Dianna that the war isn't contained solely to that earth/universe. It apparently expands into other universes as well... Even into the Heavens themselves (hence his comments that various Gods had been killed right in front of him.) I can't imagine anyone but Darkseid having the power to kill Gods. /shrug

Yeah Darkseid in the old universe has made the Greek Gods his prisoners in Amazon Attacks and beat and imprisoned Hermes/Mercury in a Wonder Woman apperance.

Sadly none of the links in the Darkseid respect thread work anymore (thanks photobucket) or I would post them.

That's shitty. Have you logged in to that Photobucket account recently?

Assuming that Apokolips/New Genesis haven't changed much in the reboot in that there's only one in the multiverse, the events of Earth-2 are actually a huge feat for Darkseid.

You guys are getting me too excited to read Earth 2...

I hope one day soon we get to see those two meet, though. I don't think Batman would be able to win that fight.

Other Question: Did J'onn fight the Justice League? I saw a glimpse of it in JLA but I don't remember it happening. Did it happen somewhere else?

It was a one panel flashback to an event that otherwise occurred off-panel.

things i liked and was surprised are: SPOILERS!

1. Red room which houses alien technology
2. Black Room: which houses some of the most powerful mystic artifacts. apparently dr. mist put a spell on it for intruders.
3. THE QUESTION. very cool intro for him.
4. I love the link between JL Dark and JLA. well done.
5. Liked the 7 wizards in ROE.
6. interesting to hear talia recruiting a new team.
7. New earth green lantern.

looking at the book more carefully, when pandora is walking in the rain, you can see a face in the sky made out of clouds and thunder. looks like god or maybe spectre.
