Hm, dunno how I feel about the first human magic users on earth (The Circle of Eternity) amassing so much power, just because they were the first beings to harness magical energies. Furthermore, I know the CoE is supposedly more powerful than even Spectre, but I still thought the Trinity's origins would be more... Divine. /shrug
Quite an interesting origin for
Spoiler:. I would have NEVER guessed he'd be the third sinner... I almost felt bad for Pandora, though.

The Court of Owls crossover? You mean a specific one or all of them, because it crosses over into all of the bat-family books.Personally, I'm enjoying it. I'm currently only reading Batman, Batwing, and Nightwing though. Maybe the others are worse?
The cross over as a whole.
The Talon's are so f@cking inept that the idea the Court of Owls could operate in the Shadows under GPD radar (never mind Batman's) for a decades without anyone noticing is mind numbingly implausible.

They're only inept now that their weaknesses are known, and now that there are a ton of them. Unfortunately that always happens. The first one nearly killed Bruce though, so I wouldn't say inept

I had misplaced faith that Snyder would be able to navigate around such a played out trope of the inverse ninja law, and nerf all the Talons. The reason the last arc was so good was because he set up the Court of Owls as a legitimate threat to Batman, but now it seems absurd. 🙁

Meh, I'm really enjoying it. If you let yourself get too worked up about the inverse ninja law, it's kind of hard to read comics
I guess, it's just that the crux of the story is that the Court of Owls is a shadow cabinet that was not only able to operate without Batman's knowledge, but was in fact pulling the strings and controlling Gotham the whole time. The organization no longer seems capable of doing that.
