INDEED! It was an awesome read. Did you read Justice League Dark? I liked that one even more. Supposedly

Spoiler:
Constantine might get a hold of all the books of magic (Xanadue's vision), which is knowledge to EVERYTHING. He is powerful enough to reshape the world in his image. He then states there is only one who can wield them and that is probably Tim Hunter.
yeah, Tim has always been hyped to shit. Looks like in the new 52 he'll finally be able to shine.

^^Well, did you like the issue?

As for JLA, Graves is one of the best new villains JLA has seen in a while, IMO. Just really creepy. The SHAZAM backup is heating up as well.

Batman Inc. was fantastic as well.

It was okay. I liked I, Vampire a lot more though.

Did Johns really just have Arthur lift an ocean liner? vin

Idk kinda seemed like it lol. Nice to hear them talking about Tim! 😄 I liked both Green Lantern NG and JLA! Graves is a nice new villian and creepy like Prep said.

Graves should be around for a long time

Black Adam returns:

All the irrelevent discussions in this thread which are not about Black Adam should now cease.

Pr , re-name this thread to "Black Adam" and warn anyone who talks about anyone else.

He is back

Yet another baddie for Superman to own.

Black Adam is only ever as awesome as his anti-thesis Captain Marvel.

Lol.

Anyway, I really like his appearance. He looks mystical, ancient, and incredibly fearsome. The costume is far better than his previous one.

Edit: Now I'm pumped. Once again the second story turns out to be better than the comic's main content.

The Operative is one of the best new characters I have seen in a year or 2. Very interesting. I hope he doesn't die.

THANK YOU! Much better than Peter Milligan's JL Dark. Most of the replacements DC did are better than the previous. Peter Milligan's Stormwatch is better than Paul Cornell's, Matt's Frankenstien is better than Lemire's, and Anne's Green Arrow is better than the other guy, can't remember his name. lol.

At first he seemed a bit cliche to me, but it had a nice twist. The issue was excellent in general, I thought.

JLA is finally picking up steam too, so I'm looking forward to seeing what's next.

I want billy to have his own book!!

More from Perez

"In doing World’s Finest, everything’s still being decided at the last minute. They needed a design for Power Girl, they didn’t ask me.They finally gave me the design, they needed to get it out solicitations, got it drawn, got it coloured, got it printed in the solicitation, they called me a week later, we changed our mind on the Power Girl costumes, so now I have to do a patch on the first issue cover ... you guys really have to make up my minds!

When an artists like Dan Jurgens, one of the fastest most professional in the industry, when I was working with him on Teen Titans, he was always he was three months ahead of schedule. I was having a hell of a time keeping up with him. On Green Arrow, he was basically trying just to make the deadline and not be late, because kept changing their mind on the stories."

C'mon management, just let your people do their thing!

Well, that's just dumb.
