And they've decided to switch Stephanie Brown in the Smallville comic, which is written by the writer of the old Stephanie Brown Batgirl comic, for Barbara Gordon....
DC, just because some people like one character, doesn't mean you can't do multiple characters and thus get them and the people who like other characters! It's another after-the-fact change and the Babs fans already have a comic!
As a wally west fan i feel your pain.
Ok, more panel stuff- Tim Drake was never Robin and never used detective work to figure out Bruce's identity. Red Robin is his first identity.
At least Scott Lobdell, the only person writing the character, thinks this is probably the case, but he isn't sure, because it might change again.
Also whether or not the old Titans existed or not as Titans is still up in the air.

Kinda weird. I think Jason said he was Robin for only a year in Red Hood and the Outlaws, and Batman Inc confirmed that Bruce was Batman when the DCnU iteration of Son of the Demon took place... Damian's like 12, so that's a huge chunk of time Batman would have been Robinless.

I'm just wondering how he got the job at all now.
I hope it's a more reasonable origin.

So Raven is going to appear in September in Titans, apparently. Her soul self looks to appear on the cover of Phantom Stranger.
Cool.

When they were doing interviews and press for the reboot, I remember reading something about how Tim was a blogger who discovered Batman's identity, not sure if they fallowed through with that since a bunch of the stuff they were saying leading up to the reboot has changed.

I don't remember him saying this, but I could be mistaken mmm
You're right, I just went back and checked. I got it mixed up, he said he trained for a year with the All-Caste, and in an other instance Jason specifies that he had years of training to fight crime under Batman. I had the two twisted in my mind.

Still, Hal was always one of the powerful ones. Internally, Superman might be considered top dog - but Hal, Martian Manhunter, and Wonder Woman were always shown to be roughly his equal each with their own weakness and strength.
In the new JLA, Hal is nothing but a beefed up flashlight. His shields are basically worthless. He's just a mouthpiece.
