Somewhat infamously, in the digital version, after the release, they changed Steph's hair to not-Steph (blond to black), which is why I was surprised they were on the cover.

Maybe it was an oversight, then.
Kind of strange, the direction they're going with Robin imo. They have two female characters that could easily fill that role, that really should be in the DCNU (I'm a massive Cass fan myself), yet they don't utilise them.
