As someone who has a read a large chunk of Superman, I dislike the attitude change but it's definitely interesting.

Exactly what was Superman trying to accomplish in that entire scene?

Evidently he doesn't know shit about the law and due process/forced confessions. 😬

^ I wouldn't be surprised if Superman learns exactly that from Lois and Jimmy and uses the lesson to mature and become a truly effective paragon for Truth, Justice and the American Way.

Or I dunno, he'll just headbutt the law and everything will resolve itself.

The DCnu Superman is dumber than even the previous incarnation.

He seems kind of like "Smallville"s Clark on red kryptonite. 😄 Defnitely an ass.

I thought that was the point. He's going to have to learn that he can't do things the way he's been doing them...

Basically.

Here are some more early reviews on books. Surprised Hawk and Dove, OMAC, Superboy, and Flash all have positive buzz.

Not surprised that Stormwatch, Action Comics, Animal Man, and Franky are good. That's just a no brainer.

I'm surprised Hawk and Dove has sold out, I mean, are people really getting that excited over a Liefield drawn book?

Some I Vampire stuff.

Off to a meh start with JLA but at least Flash Point is over, because that was awful.

I love the characters, but I dunno...

That sounds about right as far my pull list goes. I'll probably read Stormwatch and Swamp Thing in addition, though.

Both of those are maybes for me. They're the books I can see not interesting me at first, but then I get in to them and end up reading the whole series.
