Wally West on Earth 2?

Are the old JLI stories in continuity? Were Ted and Booster ever friends? Is Max Lord still evil?

Pretty much, and it's of his own making too. He and Mark Waid are largely responsible for making Wally so popular.

Which is absurd considering Johns handled Wally pretty well prior to Saint Barry's return. I mean, when Hal came back it was obvious he was the "main" Green Lantern, but Kyle and Guy and John (well, not as much as the others) were still used and handled well. And IIRC, there was talk of a Flash Family book way back when Flash: Rebirth was being released, which would have spotlighted Jay, Barry, and Wally alike.
Just doesn't make sense to completely get rid of Wally knowing that his fanbase would draw quite a bit of sales if he was even in some kind of team setting.
