I am enjoying the current Thor storyline, but the Serpent God thing is kind of stupid. He should be another god not Asagardian, maybe Hyborian(conan age) or another Dark god.

fair enough. for the sake of this thread, i'm assuming we're discussing an odin BEFORE the odin power--therefore i'm looking at simonson's stance here. BEFORE he got the power, he was as old as he is now. i'd say current thor is stronger than this odin before he got his power. i'd also find it a reasonable conclusion to think glads' was stronger than odin--physically--before he received his power. maybe.....
