Aw fuk dat, dis sum boolshyt.

I hope he doesn't mind.

i wonder if he thinks shaman nathan can beat galactus

After this, I am thinking that Shaman Nathan can get some wins, unless Odin is now abstract level.

I think the reason people are surprised is because the hierarchy wasn't portrayed right in the first place. It should be:
Street<Meta<Herald<Trans<Skyfather=Abstract<Elder God<Cube Being<Celestial

Abstract like LT or Lord Chaos? I am clueless about Elder Gods (only know of Cytorak, who else is in this category)?

No, that's one thing I won't do. If Galactus turns out to be well fed and does look even or lose somehow it isn't pis it's how the writer sees these two. Pis is a convenient way for people to ignore events they don't agree with.

So I am curious; what has to happen for you to call an event PIS? Or are there no PIS events from your point of view?

Anyway, the way this fight is being portrayed, either the writers at Marvel have a far different opinion of how the character hierarchy looks, or they just dont give a dam and allow it to fluctuate at will all in the name of writing a compelling strory...

I don't view anything as pis.

It's a joke, dude. Not even Zopzop thinks that guys like Set and Demogorge are more powerful than abstracts.

It's this. In one of the scans, Hemidall or however you spell his damn name, is commenting that even though they, the Asgardians are gods, Odin and Galactus are gods to the gods or something.

So, Skyfathers = (more or less) Galactus, IB, DP/FP Tyrant, Teneberous, Aegis, Celestials, Cube Beings, etc....

Only Abstracts are above them.

Gotcha...fair enough; that actually makes you consistent with your views and arguments I have read here so far.

So consistency is irrelevant? If Spiderman punched out Thanos and sodomized him you'd just accept it as gospel?

Hey, I take umbrage at the "not even zopzop" bit 🙁

But yeah, Abstracts > Skyfathers = Cosmics (Celestials, Galactus, IB, Tyrant, Aegis, Cube Beings, etc...).

Seems like this scan was correct after all :

I can call something bad writing but I couldn't just pretend the event didn't happen. Starlin would have to be called in and jump out of a chopper to retcon the entire mess.

So does this mean that the Celestials are the greatest of the non-abstracts?

Probably.

According to that scan :
Least to most powerful -
"Normal" Gods (Volstagg, etc...)
"Special" Gods (Thor, Herc, Loki)
Skyfather, Skyfather level beings (Surtur, Mangog), Full Cube Being, Ego, Galactus
"Normal" Celestials (Arshiem, etc..)
"Special" Celestials (Tiamut, Exitar, etc...)
Abstracts
