Well look at it this way, at least Galactus didn't job like he usually does. It was more or less a stalemate till Odin decided to try something new. It didn't work and now Odin is about to initiate Round 3 while inside the Destroyer Armor.
Both Galactus and Odin didn't come off looking bad at all.

Not really. Both of them were screwed after that kamikaze attack. Galactus reformed, Odin goes into Odinsleep because instead of reforming and continuing a pointless battle that's going nowhere (neither side was gaining ground), he decided to go into Odinsleep as his soul enters the Destroyer.It all ends next issue though. We were reading the same comic right? Neither side had the upper hand in that fight. Odin isn't an idiot, what's the point of continuing a battle that's going nowhere when you have a chance to break off and bring in your big guns to end it once and for all?
