Surfer only survived because Galactus used his ship to contain as much of the blast as possible and it still destroyed an entire solar system.

I completely overlooked what you were talking about. Morg was never in the UN blast. He cut it off his arm and ran for his life. He didn't survive the aftershock.

So you didn't read the issue nor know anything about the UN then... just say so. The UN can send out isolated NULLIFICATION blasts. We saw it with Tyrant we saw it against magus. A smaller nullification bubble/pocket can be sent out against a foe. That is EXACTLY what happened here. To say nothing of Galactus ship providing cover. Tryant was so bad ass.. he even survived the UN initial nullification blast. Yet somehow, to a shoes, that was a weak showing LOL. Tyrant curb stomps prime or monarch.. those aren't even fights.
