He doesn't have the luck stat that Mclane does. Everyone knows that Mclane sports the highest Luck Stat of any mortal or entity in the known universe. So even his average stats don't make a difference. Mclane will always win.... against anything... like he would probably beat a super saiyan out dumb luck.
