McClane has never taken down someone of Quinn's level in H2H. I need to see screenfeats proving the combat prowess of the guy who McClane neck-snapped in DH4, and the bystander in DH5 who he KOed. Until I see screenfeats proving they are as skilled as Quinn in H2H, I'll be forced to assume they're as harmless as cotton balls.
