Because they are always depicted as being neck and neck in a fight.
So if that's the case, why not state Savage Hulk can't even beat Thor? Or better yet, they always draw, stalemate, or have their fights end inconclusively? It seems you were trying to imply that Thor can't beat Savage Hulk and could never really do so, when it's obvious he has the feats to justify he most certainly can do so, and the fights in which he has actually won.

Originally posted by carver9That is a hazy remembrance of something that MAY have gone down that way. We don't actually know what happened. Banner was trying to remember. Maybe Hulk just smacked Thor and ran away. I was being generous even counting that as canon...
So what about that time Savage grabbed Thor hammer and beat him senseless with it?

Originally posted by The SorrowHe never KO'd Thor in the annual. He hurt him. But Thor was conscious while the hulk got his cheap shots in.
He KO'ed Thor in the 2001 Annual and in Hulk: Let The Battle Begin. Banner watched himself beat Thor and the Wrecking crew on tv and it was in the newspapers, it's canon and Thor lost. All other tussles had one or the other holding the advantage before the fight was stopped that's a tie.
Whatever banner saw on TV was not what happened in the fight shown on panel with hulk making Thor hit himself. Both Banner and the writer admit that it was a half remembrance of the events. so We dont know how he lost. You trying to push it as some sort of fact is pathetic.
Someone getting owned and about to be finished does not become a tie just because the fight stops...
😬
I was referring to when Hulk buried Thor under a mountain which you in your own video gave Hulk a win for.
Did you write the comic? The writer gave Thor fanboys an out because they were butthurt over what happened. The fact is it was a past tale and which ever way you want to try and spin it Thor got knocked out, period.
Yes I agree if it was a completely one-sided fight but other than perhaps the final part of Thor #385 they haven't had an Odin vs Thanos type of fight, that was my point.
Couldn't it just as easily be said that the writer gave Hulk fanboys an out by letting him bury Thor under a mountain because he knew they'd get butthurt over Thor KOing him with a single lightning bolt and completely immobilizing him with rain later on?
I, for one, highly doubt Marvel has its writers scour the internet or fan-mail to cater to the cries of fans who're upset over their favorite characters losing or looking less than epic, whether it go for Hulk, Thor, or whomever. Writers and editors ultimately decide how the stories pan out, regardless of whether or not some fan(boy) cries about it.
Originally posted by The SorrowThat was even less of a "KO". 😐 Hulk trapped him under the mountain so I gave him the win is all.

Thats why I told you what the writer stated. It was a hazy remembrance and nothing more. A win? Probably. A KO? Who knows. . Just cuz you say "period" then fold your arms and stamp your foot doesnt mean much against the word of the writer. 😉 In other words:
It doesnt have to be a Thanos Odin style fight. Hulk had a fair advantage in round 3 (or 4 I forget) so I gave it to him. Plain and simple. I did the same with Thor on some of his rounds where he had the clear advantage. Thor just had more of them than Hulk. Get mad.
Hulk waited for him but there was no movement from Thor meaning he was badly hurt or KO'ed.
If what the writer said to please a bunch of Thor fanboys AFTER what we saw on panel helps you sleep at night then cool, it doesn't change the fact it's canon and Thor lost.
I have no stake in this either way, you made the claim Thor has beaten Hulk 6 times which is lie plain and simple, he has one clear win over Savage Hulk.
Classic Thor>Current Thor
Current Hulk>>>Savage Hulk, get mad 🙂

I agree but you also can't deny that writers like to give the unhappy fans an out by playing devils advocate when it comes fights and how they matter on the battle forums. Perhaps i'm not heavily invested into any one character as some but I don't understand why readers complain if their favourite character is beaten, I personally thought Hulk looked weak in the Annual but it is what it is.
Originally posted by The Sorrow😂 and then Thor popped out and everything was fine. Him taking longer than the hulks attention span to wander off getting out of the mountain does not equal KO.

This is sad...your best argument is "I know what I saw I saw and I don't give a shit about anything else!" I've explained this enough. Your either trolling or in some terrible state of denial.
He did. You cant even prove me wrong. One clear win? Does killing him not equal a clear win these days? Nothing I put in that video is wrong. Your flawed logic just doesn't let you see anything other than "hulk smash."
Current Thor=Classic Thor>>Savage Hulk
Current Hulk FINALLY is on par with Thor. Only took him 50+ years to do it. 😛
