Oh, sorry! I did roll it- easy kill.

Since I have Charge, could I feasibly kill another before jumping to 2-man P?

Wentar- maybe consider taking control of the juggernaut with Ti so you can just smash everyone else.

Normally yes, but these vehicle-to-vehicle jumps take your entire action.

Hmm. On second thought, Xeth will stay where he is and go for a fourth man. Taking control of one of the more armored vehicles might be fun for ramming.

Urgh, I feel I really botched that. I thought it was odd that they'd ram the tanker with the cargo but I thought there was a reason... I've face-palmed at myself so much during this interlude I think there's a permanent mark. 😛

Wentar will drive his car along side the Juggernaut so that Tillula can get an easy jump onto it.

I'll order all units to open fire on Pirate 2-man cars in their sections. Ignore the Grapplers for now.

Tilulla goes for her leap... but the juggernaut is going by too fast. One success only is a fail, though it saves you from hurting yourself.

The defenders are already lost; the 4-men are completely surrounded and surrender. The leader and co are moving up.

REAR-MIDDLE FIGHT

The juggernaut and others scream through and cause mayhem all over. You lose two vehicles.

MIDDLE FIGHT

Under heavy fire, the grapplers withdraw down the column, taking hits as they do...

And now the nature of the fight changes as the tanker overturns and skids to a tremendously loud halt over the cracked ground, dust and debris thrown up all over in a huge cloud.

Changes- this is no longer a chase, but a static matter with the tanker at the centre. Suddenly, those behind will have to break if they don't want to zoom past it.

Looks like the 4-men at the front of the column are going too make a break for it, driving away from the crash.

Wentar-rein those guys in, we need their help.

Could Xeth possibly leap onto the the leading 3-man?

Note its Structure value- that's a named target!

Being a named target of course... trying to behead him won't play out fair. All his minions will pour fire into you. Remember how these things work!

Also, Ti, swap in Balanced Guard! You need its protection.

Ti should do something similar.

Somehow I bet if you annoy the leader enough he'll come for you, and THAT will be the time...

This sounds fun. Can I make the leap to the Juggernaut now, or do I need to hop back on with Wentar first?

Though I'd be targeting people, not the Juggernaut itself.

Until it turns around, I think for you it would now be impossible without a Dash.

I do have Dash. I shall expend a point.

Wentar is going to order all vehicles to move in and surround the supertanker.

That includes the guys at the front trying to make a break for it, they wont make it on their own, the pirates will just send some forces straight past us after them

I'll ram 2-man F in my zone for good measure, before moving back to the Supertanker.

And with a Dash and a leap, Tilulla gets atop the juggernaut! It and its escorts are now turning around, though they'll be another action doing that at the rear. This metal beast is sealed btw; no people on the outside. The escorts have also seen you...

Xeth does a dash-leap to his target, and with a whole bunch of 4s on his roll destroys it! You land safely, Xeth, but you are soon very aware of being surrounded by enemies who are behind thick armour and big guns...

Wentar- as you go for your ram, you can;t help thinking that it's all very well and good Xeth taking out vehicles out there, but you'd rather he was using the gun... though whatever effect that's had on you, it's good for your instincts as you roll seven successes on eight dice, beating your target by 5 which is a straight kill! His hover engine fails at the back as you gash through it, and he spins madly out and away before exploding against a rock.

Looks like they are heeding your orders! Which puts you and Xeth in a HORRIBLE position as you are the only targets. Wentar takes 9 hits, including one from the leader! Still, that's spared the others and given them time to get into position.

Xeth, exposed, gets pretty hammered by those guns.
