Batman is the weakest character there is. Batman < All. In Marvel Bruce would spend all day tweeting @ Misty Knight to let him join Heroes for Hire, but she'd never tweet back. Luckily he is DC where he can troll the rest of the inferior characters.

All things being equal and with only a minimal level of respect to Batman, he'd be an important character to the Marvel Universe if he was conceived in it or if he jumped ship from DC.

In fairness it's much closer to accurate than the "ZOMG Batman > All!!!!!!!! LAWLZ" trolling, and frankly not nearly as played out so at least it is still humorous.
Batman would be understudying Nighttrasher in Marvel, and only because Nightthrasher is a kind hearted man who would feel bad for such a sorry sadsack loser like Batman. Charity!
