I think the real question is, how not? Freeze is believable enough with his kind of background and whatnot, and a tragic character like Dent, at that. Would be great for a movie if done right. People on the Batman forum used to say that Bane would be impossible for Nolan's kind of Batmanverse before he was confirmed for this film. 😬

Firmly against the idea that Freeze shouldn't ever be in another movie just because of what Arnold did to him. That should only serve as an example of how not to portray him.

I agree though that Clayface, Man-Bat, and them would be too much a stretch for Nolan's kind of universe, but Freeze is still pretty human.

How did Freeze become Freeze exactly? Because I dunno if the movie was how it happened or if they made that up...and I can't be arsed to wikipedia it 😄

I thought Batman: TAS did a good job of showing Freeze's origin

While 'The Batman' (2004-2008) was far from the best animated Batman series, I did like the episode "Artifacts", cos of the Frank Miller-esque look of the older and angrier Batman.

The episode "Heart of Ice" is amazing. I believe it also won an Emmy.

On a serious note...I just watched Warrior the other day & seeing Thomas Hardy up bulked up & fighting in the cage....man, the Dark Knight is sure gonna get broken.

I can't say I disapprove of seeing Anne Hathaway in this outfit, but this still looks stupid as shit... Nolan has his work cut out for him if he's gonna keep this from being stupid.
