I totally agree with you on this statement.
In TDK, Batman felt taken for granted in the grand tale of Gotham city. Nolan seemed more interested in a tale of corruption making Batman just another minor character.

The runtime has been confirmed at 165 minutes.

Oh,

Spoiler:
Batman's gonna be kicking some ass in this one.

This movie is going to be Battastic. Is Hathaway talking about Batman or Bane?

She's charming, but it doesn't seem like she should be speaking to an English audience with that thick accent.

omg.. bat-gasm.. droolio i'm gonna sleep and hope tomorrow is july 20.. i say switch with the premier of the amazing spiderman..

I'm pretty sure she is referring to Bane with that line.

definitely cannot wait..

I f*cking cannot wait to see the McClane vs. Bane thread.

We can deduce that Bane will most likely get his ass-kicked by Batman (not in the first round); so if this Batman can kick this Bane's ass, McClane doesn't break a sweat, as pulling a trigger isn't sweaty business.

🙁

That scene where Batman is fighting in broad daylight...apparently he's in charge of leading Gotham PD against Bane's commando squad.

I'd post the new exclusive Nokia trailer but YouTube has them all blocked.

Spoiler:
Batman is gonna have his ass handed to him.

Found it.

excellent trailer

I still hate that design of the Bat-Bike.

Does it mean that Bats crashes another Tumbler?

I have no doubt TDKR will be the better film to Avengers just as TDK was to Iron Man.

Box office-wise? Ehhh, I don't even know.

How come nobody's getting a big dick over this yet? Sounds like it's getting pretty good reviews: 85% on RT so far.

Watching it this Saturday.

I'm staying away from all spoilers and reviews so I can watch it in its purest form.

Batman wins. Sorry.
