Surfer would simply turn him inert. There's nothing 'Blue can actually do to Surfer (outside of using lowball feats, in which case, an arm-bar should suffice).
Surfer has complete control over his own atoms and can duplicate himself and reform himself from atoms... what is 'Blue going to do?
I see this as a serious of moderately quick and decisive confrontations. Surfer winning 10 out of 10.
I did some digging and looks like Surfer has THE worst record against energy draining than ANY herald.

Well Parasite was hungry as he wasn't full on energy.But he is always like that. It's not like he can't absorb energy as efficiently if he is hungry or something like that.

I disagree. Overpowering Parasite's draining and draining him is always a huge feat. He is one of the most powerful energy drainer in the comics.
I wouldn't say he was at 'full power'(Parasite doesn't seem to have much of a cap at times), but yes, Blue did absorb the power of an amped Parasite... So I'm wondering why you didn't just post/cling to that? 😕
